Arnab Roy is an experienced Program and Delivery Manager with over 17 years in the BFSI domain, including more than a decade in Life and Group Insurance. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director and Lead Delivery Management at Prudential plc, after holding the position of Associate Vice President - IT at Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Prior to these roles, Arnab was a Program Manager at Accolite, where they focused on digital transformation and program management within the insurance and telecom sectors.
