Stephen Taylor

Stephen Taylor is an experienced professional in engineering and asset management, currently serving as the Director Lean Quality Engineer at Pruitt since August 2019. In this role, Stephen focuses on enhancing business processes through Lean Principles to optimize operations across various departments. Previously, Stephen held the position of Director of Asset Management at Pruitt Tool & Supply Company from May 2011 to August 2019, where efforts centered on maximizing asset utilization to improve financial outcomes. Additionally, Stephen served as the Director of Engineering, leading a team dedicated to product development and quality improvement. Earlier experience includes positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at Baldor Electric Company and a Press Engineer at Kawneer Company.
