Gina James

Gina James is currently the VP of Strategic Impact at PRX. Prior to this, they were the Operations Supervisor at Care.com from March 2012 to June 2014. In this role, Gina was responsible for the daily management and leadership of over 50 Email Response Specialists in a deadline-driven environment. Gina was also responsible for analyzing individual and team performance to continually improve member experience as well as employee satisfaction. Additionally, Gina was dedicated to bridging the gap between virtual teams and the co-located colleagues they supported. During their time at Care.com, Gina decreased the overall cost of servicing by 36% YOY from 2012 to 2013.

Before Care.com, Gina was the Project Manager at Cambridge Memoir Project from July 2014 to March 2015. In this role, Gina specialized in content management and maintenance. Additionally, they developed and implemented remote-specific training modules, managed key performance metrics, oversaw quality assurance, and created communication protocols. Gina also contributed to web content and led multiple creative initiatives such as online reputation management, corporate partnerships, product development, and IT relations.

Prior to Cambridge Memoir Project, Gina was the Manager at Bakey's Restaurant from July 2008 to November 2011. In this role, Gina was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including the front of house and back of house operations.

Before Bakey's Restaurant, Gina was a Project Manager at EF Education First from August 2001 to January 2008. In this role, Gina was responsible for managing customer service projects and developing new business opportunities.

Gina James is a proven leader with over 18 years of experience in project management and operations leadership. Gina has a proven track record of increasing efficiency and decreasing costs in their previous roles. Gina is also an expert in web content management and has led multiple creative initiatives throughout their career.

Gina James has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Boston University and a degree in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Padova.
