Jochen Fischer

Jochen Fischer is the Managing Director and CFO at Prym Group, bringing extensive expertise in operations and finance from management roles in multinational corporations and the German ‘Mittelstand’. Jochen has a strong background in M&A, Post-Merger Integration, and the implementation of new financial and operational structures. Previously, Jochen served as Managing Director at Scholz Recycling Group, leading its integration into Chiho Environmental Group, and held senior roles at SGB-SMIT Group and Moeller Group. With a management degree from the Universities of Cologne and Passau and certification as a Certified Accountant, Jochen also shaped Transaction Advisory Services for EY and Arthur Andersen. Additionally, Jochen is active on the advisory board of Weig Group and is involved with several economic organizations.
