Julia Parker has extensive work experience in customer service and account management. Julia began their career at Prym in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative and worked there until 1997. In 1998, they joined Professional Record Services as a Medical Transcriptionist and stayed with the company until 2012. In the same year, they returned to Prym, now known as Prym Consumer USA, as a Customer Care Representative. Julia then progressed to the role of Lead Customer Service Representative, where they currently work. Their responsibilities have included managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, updating customer information, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Julia Parker received a High School Diploma from Spartanburg High School in 1988. Julia then attended Spartanburg Methodist College from 1988 to 1990, earning an Associates degree in Office Administration.
