Sandro Sciacca is currently serving as the Program Manager for R&D at Prysmian Group, a position held since September 2023, focusing on PMO and R&D operations. Prior to this, from April 2017 to September 2023, Sandro worked at Airbus in various roles, including Technical Leader for V&V in Aerodynamic Analysis, Configuration Management Focal Point, and Project Lead Development for Eurofighter Aerodynamics, where responsibilities included wind tunnel testing, aerodynamic model design, quality assurance, and project management. Sandro's experience also includes a position as a Development Engineer at Philotech GmbH and a Maintenance Engineer at AeroLogic. An academic background in Aerospace Engineering was established at Università degli Studi di Palermo, culminating in a Master's degree.
