Steve Midgley

Steve Midgley serves as the Chairman of UpCloud since November 2020, focusing on funding and growth strategies for the high-growth Global Cloud Infrastructure and Services Platform. As Co-Founder and Investor at Pryvaxy, a specialist in physical and digital security, and as Atos Group GM leading the Cloud Continuum, Data/Analytics/AI, and Security divisions, Steve Midgley plays a critical role in the transformation of Atos Group from a "Junk" to "Stable" financial rating. In addition to these positions, Steve Midgley is involved with Eviden, where responsibilities expanded significantly, and provides strategic consulting through AlphaSights. Recent roles include Chief Revenue Officer at CYE and Executive Vice President at Lightspeed Commerce, alongside directorial duties at the Gaia-X Association for Data and Cloud. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Edinburgh Business School and a diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management.
