Clair McGinn has extensive experience in customer service and team management within the security industry. Currently serving as the Customer Success Team Supervisor at PSA Security Network since January 2017, Clair has been instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering customer relationships. Prior to this role, Clair worked as a Service Coordinator at Security Install Solutions, Inc. from 2015 to 2016, and held the position of Customer Service Representative at Cluff & Associates Inc. for 15 years, from 2000 to 2015, where Clair developed a strong foundation in customer service skills.
