Andrew Sheils is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and financial analysis. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development at PSC Group since November 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Corporate Development Manager at Ascend Performance Materials, focusing on sustainable chemicals and materials. Andrew's background includes partnership at Exit Advisors, LLC, specializing in M&A advisory for lower middle market transactions, as well as a tenure at Art League Houston as Treasurer. Additional roles include venture capital associate at GOOSE Capital and various finance positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Andrew managed risk controls and supported trading operations.
