Luke Shannon is a skilled professional with a diverse background in research, education, and coaching. Currently serving as a Research and Analysis Associate at the Professional Services Council, Luke conducts data analysis to inform decision-making. Previous experience includes roles as a Computer Science Teacher at Washington-Liberty High School, where advanced programming and computer science courses were taught, and an Assistant Track and Field Coach, fostering student-athlete development. Luke has also contributed as a STEM Instructor at Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation and as a Data Research Analyst at The Institute for Public Policy & Economic Development, participating in projects such as the 2022 Living Wage Report.
