Connie Shoemaker

Connie Shoemaker is a seasoned leader in delinquency management and operations, currently serving as VP of Delinquency Management at PSCU since October 2020, where oversight includes delinquency management operations and collection call center teams in St. Petersburg, FL, and Phoenix, AZ. Prior to PSCU, Connie was Sr. Vice President of Account Services Operations at SWBC, managing a 300-person call center dedicated to providing cost-effective collection services for financial institution clients from July 2008 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Lending at Firstmark Credit Union, where a loan portfolio for a $900MM institution was directed, and as Vice President of Operations and Development as well as Vice President of Lending at Generations Federal Credit Union, overseeing loan and deposit portfolios and leading various operational initiatives.
