Debra Fine is an accomplished Learning and Organizational Development Executive with a robust background in leadership development and organizational change. They have held key roles, including Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Velera since 2024, and Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Capital BlueCross. Previously, Debra was a Senior Consultant at McBride&Lucius and Fine Consulting, and held various leadership positions at PSCU and Safeco Insurance. With a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Central Missouri and a Master's in Education from Colorado State University, Debra brings expertise in facilitation, performance coaching, and organizational capability development.
