Michael Parkin

Michael Parkin is a Senior Implementation Analyst at PSCU since January 2022, specializing in new product and service development, notably the "Buy Now, Pay Later" service. Previously, Michael worked at FIS from 2010 to June 2022 as an Implementation Consultant and Conversions & Licensing Analyst, leading complex merchant services projects and mentoring staff. Early roles at FIS included Team Leader for Sallie Mae and customer service positions, where Michael managed banking clients and improved operational productivity. Prior experience includes working as an Audio Engineer and Voiceover Editor at Pearson. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Full Sail University.
