Shane Hill

Shane Hill is an experienced Integrated Learning Systems Specialist at PSCU since August 2019, focusing on creating effective adult learning experiences and overseeing integrated learning projects to enhance user experience. Previously, Shane held roles at PSCU as a Senior Learning Experience Designer and Learning Architect, leading complex design projects and implementing blended learning practices. Prior to joining PSCU, Shane worked as an Instructional Designer II at Rollins, Inc., managing training development for 2,500 employees annually and conducting needs analysis for various training programs. Shane began a career in pest management as a Pest Control Operator at Floridacare Pest Management, where responsibilities included business development and operations management. Shane holds a Master of Science in Entomology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
