Steve Balmer

Steve Balmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in delinquency management, fraud recovery, and collections operations. Currently serving as MVP of Delinquency Management at PSCU since February 2018, Balmer provides leadership for delinquency operations across multiple locations, managing collection efforts for over 1,000 clients nationwide. In his previous role as Director of Fraud, Collection, and Disputes at PSCU Financial Services, Balmer oversaw a high-volume fraud recovery department processing 10,000 cases monthly, implementing innovative strategies for enhanced efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where Balmer managed significant budgets and collection portfolios, and a consultancy position with MPBConsultants. Balmer holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from Penn State University, earned between 1985 and 1988.
