Stephen Pickard is the Director of Bands at Puyallup School District, where they instruct high school bands and ensembles. Currently, they are a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Jazz Department at Central Washington University, pursuing a Master of Music in Conducting with a Wind Band Specialization. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Central Washington University and has experience as a Music Specialist in the Yakima School District and a Music Teacher at Cascade High School in Everett. They have also performed as a trumpet player with various ensembles, including the Yakima Symphony Orchestra and the Seattle Rock Orchestra.
