Debra Sheesley is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in institutional research and data management. Currently serving as Data Analyst III at PSECU since March 2023, Debra previously spent nearly 20 years as the Director of Institutional Research at Elizabethtown College, where responsibilities included managing projects to enhance enrollment and operational efficiencies, establishing the Office of Institutional Research, and implementing business intelligence solutions. Documented experience also includes independent contracting providing technical expertise and a robust career at Capital Blue Cross, where Debra led teams on various IT projects and managed the development of critical systems. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
