Greg Minnich

Greg Minnich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in member and customer service operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Member Experience & Engagement at PSECU since July 2021, Greg focuses on enhancing member experience and engagement strategies. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Service Operations and Telebranch at Members 1st Federal Credit Union, as well as various leadership positions at The Hartford, where responsibilities ranged from directing remote operations to overseeing sales and customer service teams. Greg began their career as a Sales Agent at Prudential Financial. Educationally, Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Natural Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
