Kate Hynes serves as the Assistant General Counsel at PSECU since December 2023. Prior to this position, Kate was a Partner at Stock and Leader from August 2013 to August 2023. Kate began legal career as a Research Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Weinheimer, Schadel & Haber, P.C. and a Certified Legal Intern at the Family Law Clinic of the same institution. Additional legal experience includes a role as a Legal Intern at the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and earlier internships at JPMorgan Chase, first as a Financial Analyst Intern and then as a Domain Manager Intern. Kate holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.
