Rob Ballard

Rob Ballard, PMP, CSM, is an experienced project manager with a career at PSECU since February 2000, where Rob has held multiple titles, including Project Manager IV, Project Manager III, Project Manager II, Project Manager, IT Manager, and Lead Computer Operator. Prior experience includes serving as Flight Operations QA in the US Air Force Reserve from July 1997 to July 1999 and ICBM Maintenance in the United States Air Force from July 1993 to July 1996. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and an Associate of Science in Marketing from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, along with additional educational pursuits at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Minot State University, and Penn State Harrisburg.
