Director, Marketing & Deposit Strategy at PSECU

Sharon Eiswert started their work experience in 2000 at Ahold, where they held various roles in Marketing & Merchandising Insights. During their time there, they utilized advanced statistical tools and technology to disseminate insights that influenced assortment, promotion/marketing, and pricing of merchandise. Sharon also oversaw advanced analytics projects and delivered impactful presentations to senior leaders.

In 2018, Sharon joined PSECU as the Director of Marketing Analytics & Research. In this role, they spearheaded the credit union's approach to data, extracting business-driving insights and action items. Sharon translated diagnostic metrics into clear narratives that outlined business growth and optimization efforts, and provided their perspective on scaling successful strategies.

In 2022, Sharon transitioned to the role of Director of Marketing & Deposit Strategy at PSECU.

Sharon Eiswert holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Writing/Media from Loyola University Maryland. Sharon also has an MBA in Marketing from Penn State University. In addition to their formal education, Sharon has obtained certifications in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in March 2020 and in Data Analytics from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology in September 2019.
