Tom Smacher is an experienced network services manager currently serving at Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union since April 2021. With a long tenure at PSECU beginning in June 2006, Tom has advanced through several roles including lead network architect and network architect. Prior to joining PSECU, Tom worked as a network engineer at Amisys Synertech Inc. from March 1995 to June 2006. Tom holds an associate's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Broome Community College, obtained between 1988 and 1991, and a high school diploma from Union Endicott High School, earned in 1981.
