Ali Razavieh

Ali Razavieh is a Senior Staff Device Engineer at pSemi Corporation and a Senior Member of IEEE, specializing in RF/mm-Wave technologies. Currently, they focus on optimizing high-frequency transistors and circuits for 5G applications within the R&D RF/mm-Wave Technology Solution Team at pSemi Corporation. Previously, Ali held positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they contributed to FinFET and SOI technology developments, and served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Penn State University, researching advanced semiconductor materials. Ali earned both a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
