Carl Tulberg

Carl Tulberg is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product and test engineering, currently serving as Principal Engineer at pSemi, a Murata Company, since October 2016. In this role, Carl provides technical guidance to New Product Introduction (NPI) Managers, addresses challenges in the NPI process, and drives continuous improvements. Prior to this, Carl held the position of Director of Test Engineering at Peregrine Semiconductor, overseeing the implementation of production test solutions for high-volume manufacturing of Radio Frequency integrated circuits. Carl's earlier roles at Vitesse Semiconductor included Director of New Product Development, Director of Product Quality, and Product Engineering Director, where responsibilities encompassed NPI, test engineering, and product quality management. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microwave and Analog Circuits from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 1989 and 1992.
