Dinesh R

Dinesh R is a Senior Device Modeling Engineer at pSemi, A Murata Company, since 2025. Previously, Dinesh served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, and as a Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 2015 to 2021. Dinesh completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microelectronics and VLSI from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, after earning a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Microelectronics & VLSI from the National Institute of Technology Calicut. Dinesh also gained early experience as a Trainee at STMicroelectronics, focusing on power, IR drop, and electromigration analysis.
