Greg Thompson

Greg Thompson is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for the Americas region at pSemi, a Murata Company, since March 2013, Greg is focused on driving new product design wins and fostering customer relationships for UltraCMOS products. Prior roles include Business Development Director at HexaTech, Inc., where Greg expanded global sales of single crystalline Aluminum Nitride substrates, and Vice President of Sales at RFMD (now Qorvo, Inc.), where Greg significantly grew sales and established a leading market position for power amplifiers. Early career experience includes managing sales in the western United States at Teledyne and starting as a Sales Engineer at Eaton Corporation. Greg holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University.
