Ibrahim Sezan

Ibrahim Sezan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in intellectual property strategy and consulting. Currently serving as Director of Technology and IP Strategy at pSemi, a Murata Company, since October 2019, Ibrahim also founded Distinct Insights LLC in June 2018, providing technology and strategic IP consulting. Additionally, Ibrahim advises on IP portfolio strategy for illumesense, focusing on cannabis data analytics. Previous roles include Director of Intellectual Property at Corumat Inc. and consulting CTO for the Somali Family Service of San Diego, where initiatives included developing health education curricula using VR/AR. With a rich background at Qualcomm as Senior Director of Technology and roles at Sharp Labs of America and academic contributions at the University of Rochester, Ibrahim holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an Executive Development Program from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
