Kashish Pal

Kashish Pal is an experienced professional in the field of IC design, currently serving in mmWave and Analog IC design at pSemi, A Murata Company since December 2023. Prior to this role, Kashish held various positions, including MTS IC design at Pharrowtech from February 2020 to November 2023 and Senior RFIC Design Engineer at pSemi from July 2018 to January 2020, where responsibilities included the design of beamformers and hybrid couplers. Earlier experience includes RF IC design engineering at Peregrine Semiconductor, focusing on Low Noise Amplifiers for LTE bands, and Analog/RFIC design roles involving bias controllers for RF Amplifiers. Kashish's career began with a summer internship at Integrand Software, Inc. in 2014 and included a position as Verification Engineer at Infineon Technologies from July 2011 to July 2013.
