Omar Flores

Omar Flores is a seasoned RFIC Design Engineer currently serving as a Senior Engineer at pSemi, A Murata Company since July 2016. With extensive experience in over 15 IC tape-outs utilizing 65/130 nm CMOS SOI processes for mobile RFFE designs, Omar has contributed to significant projects, including a successful RF FEM project that secured a design win from a challenging client. Proficient in pre-tape-out design verification, Omar excels in creating simulation benches for a variety of functionalities and displays a strong understanding of LNA topologies and design techniques for LTE applications. Additionally, experience includes the use of industry-standard tools such as Cadence Virtuoso for various design and verification tasks. Omar's academic background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Diego State University. Prior roles include serving as a Microelectronics Course Grader at San Diego State University and as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's Corporation.
