Richard Dowling

Richard Dowling is a Senior Manager of Packaging and Assembly at pSemi, A Murata Company, where they focus on process improvement and interdepartmental projects. Previously, Richard served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, deployed to Afghanistan, managing the National Operations and Maintenance Program for Afghan National Security Forces. Their career also included various engineering roles at Peregrine Semiconductor and International Rectifier Corporation, where they led quality assurance and reliability testing initiatives. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
