Dave Hodge

Dave Hodge is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design and management within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Principal Design Engineer at PseudolithIC since March 2022, Dave's prior roles include Foundry Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at Akoustis Technologies, Inc., where key achievements included the startup of a foundry business and the design of innovative band pass filters. Earlier experiences include roles as Device Engineer at Qorvo, Inc., and Design Engineer at RFMD, where contributions involved the evaluation of GaN RF technologies and the development of high power switch products. Dave began a career in research engineering at Dot Metrics Technologies, focusing on deep green LED characterization. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
