Florian Herrault

Florian Herrault is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at PseudolithIC since December 2024, after co-founding the company and holding the position of Chief Technology Officer from September 2021 to January 2025. With a robust research background, Florian has contributed to Activate as a Research Fellow from July 2022 to July 2024 and served as a Research Staff Member at HRL Laboratories from July 2013 to June 2022, leading projects in advanced packaging solutions and heterogeneous integration technologies. Prior experience includes being Deputy Director of the MicroSensors and MicroActuators research group at Georgia Institute of Technology from February 2009 to July 2013 and conducting graduate research at INSA - Georgia Tech. Florian holds a Ph.D. in Materials, Technologies, and Systems for Electronics from Toulouse University and Georgia Tech and a Master of Science in Materials for Electronics and Plasma Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in France.
