PSF Consulting helps mission-driven organizations strengthen financial operations and build internal capacity for long-term sustainability.

We partner with nonprofits, local governments, and higher education institutions to improve business processes, support accounting operations, and navigate grants administration and compliance.

Our approach is collaborative and context-aware. We recognize that people, systems, and culture shape what will work in any given situation, and a one-size-fits-all solution never truly fits. We take the time to understand your challenges and opportunities, then tailor an approach that aligns with how your organization actually operates.

We don’t stop at recommendations. We work alongside your team to put solutions into action - implementing the tools, processes, and systems needed to support your goals and drive meaningful, lasting progress.

Our services include:
• Business Process Consulting – Process mapping, workflow redesign, and internal controls review
• Accounting Operations Support – Financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and hands-on operational support
• Grants Administration & Compliance – Federal compliance, grants management, and support in complex compliance scenarios

With experience in both public accounting and senior leadership roles within public sector organizations, we understand the complexity of your environment and the challenges you’re facing. Public sector finance is specialized and nuanced. Not all CPAs understand what it takes to be successful in this space – but at PSF it’s our sweet spot.

Whether you need targeted support or a partner to help strengthen systems and processes, PSF Consulting works alongside your team to deliver solutions that support your mission.
