Crystal Ma is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at PSG, a Dover company, since November 2017, overseeing HR operations for PSG China and the Asia Team. Prior roles include Assistant Manager Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist at PSG, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and HR strategy planning. Previously, Crystal worked at DeLaval as an Admin. Responsibility & Project Coordinator, supporting the establishment of the Tianjin Plant. Earlier experience includes a position as HR & Admin. Assistant at Vestas Wind Technology, where tasks ranged from translation and training project implementation to employee activity organization. Crystal holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Tianjin University of Technology and is pursuing a master's degree in business management at Renmin University of China.
