Dara Warn

Dara Warn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the education and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at PSG since September 2025, Dara specializes in guiding lower middle-market software and technology-enabled services companies through transformational growth. As a Board Member at Acceleration Academies and former CEO of INE from October 2022 to September 2025, Dara has demonstrated leadership in educational settings. Previously, as President of the Career Business Unit at Penn Foster from October 2015 to September 2022, Dara focused on enhancing career opportunities for U.S. students. Earlier roles include Chief Customer Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Outcomes Officer and Head of Strategy, and Chief Marketing Officer at Penn Foster, which supports over 250,000 students annually. Moreover, Dara was President and CEO of Pri-Med and held senior roles at M|C Communications. Dara holds a BS in Marketing and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
