Iris L.

Iris L. is a senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of the District of Columbia, where they are passionate about child psychology and aim to become a Child Psychologist. Currently, they serve as a Peer Academic Advisor and Student Mentor, offering personalized guidance to peers, and have also worked as a Youth Mentor in the Verizon Innovative Learners STEM Achievers Program. Iris has gained experience in various roles, including a Customer Service Representative and a Case Manager at the Greater Washington Urban League, all of which contribute to their goal of making a positive impact on future generations. They have also been involved academically through fellowships and leadership roles in the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology.
