Tom Flud

Tom Flud is an experienced Senior Director of Operations at PSI with a strong background in people management and process improvement within the CRO industry. Previously, Tom held the position of Managing Director at Milestone One, where they developed the operational and financial infrastructure for a new organization. With a notable history of operational leadership, analytics, and strategic planning, Tom has contributed to an office recognized for seven consecutive years as a Best Place to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Tom earned a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College and an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management at Liberty University.
