Cuong Luu

Cuong Luu has a wealth of experience in the IT field, particularly in managing and supporting test centers and regional offices. Cuong began their career in 1990 as a Junior Software Engineer, where they played a significant role in program code migration and provided technical support. Cuong then worked as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented testing and licensing business programs. In later roles as Manager of IT Quality Assurance and Assistant Manager of Information Technology, they led in the deployment of national testing services and managed multidisciplinary projects. In 1998, they transitioned to Applied Measurement Professionals and served as Director of Network Infrastructure, overseeing 440 test centers and leading the transition to a more reliable phone system. Cuong later became the Manager of Information Technology, expanding the national testing center footprint and developing mobile testing capabilities. Finally, in their most recent role as Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure at PSI Services LLC, they managed a highly skilled team and oversaw IT infrastructure support for test centers and regional offices globally.

Cuong Luu completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Kansas from 1984 to 1990. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Topeka High School from 1981 to 1984. In addition, they have a certification in Custom Border Protection Security Clearance from Custom Border Protection, which was obtained in 2020.
