Mitch Rupp

Mitch Rupp has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Mitch started their career in 2004 as the Owner of Rupp Development & Consulting, LLC. After that, they worked as a Director of Business Technology Systems at NovaStar Financial, Inc. In 2008, they served as a Software Development Consultant at Austin Hardware and later became a Software Development Consultant at Unified Life Insurance Company in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, Mitch worked at Jack Henry & Associates as a Software Development Consultant and Senior Manager of Development. In 2012, they joined StoreFinancial as the Vice President of Technology. Mitch then became the Vice President of Information Technology at Silpada Designs from 2015 to 2016. Mitch also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Mobile Capital Group Inc. in 2016. From 2017 to 2023, Mitch held various roles at NeuAnalytics, including Vice President of Software Development, Executive Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President of Research & Development. Currently, they are the Vice President of Software Development at PSI Services LLC since 2023.
