Patsy Rush

Patsy Rush is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in test development and examination processes. Since January 2016, Patsy has served as a Senior Test Developer at PSI Services LLC, collaborating with clients to create credentialing examinations by editing questions, assembling, and proofreading materials to adhere to psychometric standards. Prior to this role, Patsy held the position of Senior Test Development Specialist at Applied Measurement Professionals from September 1985 to December 2015 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at the National Board for Respiratory Care from January 1983 to September 1985. Patsy's academic background includes studies at Avila University and Ottawa University from 1975 to 1981.
