Rob Fleishauer

Rob Fleishauer has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Rob currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at Psionic Technologies since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Acting Chief Operations Officer at Science Systems and Applications, Inc (SSAI) from June 2021 to September 2021.

From 2012 to 2020, Rob held various roles at Science Systems and Applications, Inc (SSAI), including Vice President, VP and STARSS III SME, and Vice President and STARSS III Program Manager.

Before joining SSAI, Rob worked at Science Systems and Applications Inc as an Engineering Group Manager from August 2008 to January 2012.

Rob started their career in 1987, serving in the US Air Force and the United States Department of Defense as a Lieutenant Colonel until their retirement in 2008.

Rob Fleishauer holds a PhD in Atmospheric Physics from Colorado State University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) in Atmospheric Sciences at Saint Louis University from 1991 to 1993. Rob began their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Superior between 1983 and 1987. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rob Fleishauer also possesses a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Program Management Institute.
