Director Space Strategy at Psionic Technologies

Sam Waldman has a diverse work experience in the field of aerospace and software engineering. Sam is currently the Founder and CEO of Neutralino Space Ventures, where they are focused on combining advanced aerospace and software engineering practices to address sensing problems. Previously, they were the Director of Space Strategy at Psionic Technologies, where they worked on solving proximity navigation problems for various industries. Before that, Sam worked at SpaceX as the Director of Avionics Sensor Development and later as the Manager of Sensor Development, leading the research and development team for avionics sensors. Sam has also held positions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Staff Scientist and at Caltech as a Postdoctoral Researcher.

Sam Waldman completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Physics at Harvard University from 1995 to 1999. Following this, from 1999 to 2005, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Physics at Stanford University.
