Anup Verma has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Anup started their career as a Management Trainee at Engineers India Limited in 1997. Anup later worked as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they worked at KPMG India as a Manager, primarily focusing on Management Consulting in sectors such as Power, Healthcare, and Telecommunication. In 2007, they joined Kalpataru Limited as President of Strategic Initiatives, where they were involved in new business venture assessment, fund raising, and organizational development initiatives. Since 2016, they have been working as a Director at PSIPL, where they are responsible for creating a large, profitable, and well-governed Integrated Facilities Management Services organization. Anup'srole involves recruitment, capacity building, review and governance processes, acquisition evaluation, and legal and commercial strategy. During FY21, they navigated the challenges of the COVID pandemic while prioritizing employee well-being, customer service, cash flows, and profitability.
Anup Verma completed an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi from 1998 to 2000. In 2013, they obtained a Diploma in Sustainability and CSR from the Swedish Institute. Prior to that, they pursued a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 1993 to 1997.
