Mark Thompson is currently serving as the Chief Technologist at PsiQuantum since October 2016. Prior to this, Mark held positions such as Professor of Quantum Photonics at the University of Bristol and Research & Development Engineer at Toshiba Corporation, University of Cambridge, Bookham Technology, and BICC Cables / Corning Cable Technology Centre. Mark holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a MPhys in Physics from The University of Sheffield.
