Bernard Shen

Bernard Shen is a Principal Geotechnical Engineer at PSM with extensive experience in tunnel design and construction for various high-profile projects in Sydney. Bernard also served as an Associate, Senior, and Geotechnical Engineer prior to their current role. Previously, Bernard was a 3rd Sergeant in the Field Defence Squadron of the Republic of Singapore Air Force. Bernard holds a Master of Engineering Science in Geotechnical Engineering from UNSW, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering.
