Travis Smith is currently the Head of Human Resources at PSM, where they leverage their extensive HR expertise to foster a positive work culture and drive strategic initiatives. Previously, they held roles including Human Resources Manager and Regional Human Resources Business Partner at various organizations, including Tindall Riley & Co Limited and Downer. Travis began their career as a Personnel Operations Sailor in the Royal Australian Navy from 2009 to 2015. They hold multiple degrees from the University of Newcastle, including a Master of Human Resource Management and several MBA degrees, showcasing their commitment to continuous professional development.
