Vic Wang has a background in civil engineering, with experience as a Geotechnical Engineer and Assistant Engineer at PSM. Prior to this, Vic worked as a Demonstrator for structure and geotechnical courses at UNSW. As a Research Assistant, Vic participated in the Taste of Research scholarship program, focusing on Workforce Scheduling and Routing Problems. Vic has also been involved in various volunteer and cultural ambassador roles, showcasing their commitment to community engagement.

The company was established in 1993 and brings together substantial experience in the fields of engineering geology, mining, rock mechanics, soil mechanics, hydrology and hydrogeology. The company comprises a group of more than 180 professionals from offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Geelong.
