Andrew Deal

Andrew Deal, P.E., is a Construction Manager at Psomas, where they have been since 2018. With a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Andrew has a strong background in civil engineering and construction management. Their experience includes providing Lead Office and Field Engineering services for various projects, including recycled water and wastewater facilities, as well as managing both small and large-scale infrastructure rehabilitation and multi-phased Capital Improvement Projects. Prior to their current role, Andrew completed internships at the Contra Costa Water District and The Covello Group, Inc.
