Cliff Adams

Cliff Adams worked at Psomas as a Resident Engineer from May 2018. Prior to that, they worked at caltrans, where they held the roles of Construction Office Chief for the Stockton District starting in January 2000, and later as Const Office Chief until 2016. After retiring in September 2017, they joined Psomas as a Resident Engineer.

Cliff Adams attended Ottawa Township High School from 1971 to 1975. Cliff then went on to study at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering.
