David Curtis

David Curtis, P.E., is a licensed professional civil engineer in California with over 25 years of land development design and management experience for both public and private clients. Currently, they serve as Vice President and Associate Principal at Psomas, where they manage three discrete design teams within Los Angeles and Riverside. David began their career as an intern at CLD Consulting Engineers and has held design roles at Sublime Civil Consultants and Hunsaker & Associates. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
